UK shipping £4.15 or FREE for orders over £75 (3-5 working days)
EU shipping £9.50 (7-10 working days)
Orders are being sent by Royal Mail Tracked.
We would process and dispatch your order within 1-3 working days.
Please note: when importing items from outside of the EU a correct paperwork will be provided for customs inspection. Customers in EU may incur duty charges which they will be responsible for paying.
Returns
In the unlikely event of your ordered item being defective you have the right to return it to us and receive a refund or a replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible in case your order is defective or damaged (but no later than 14 days from the date you have received your order).
Please return the item in a sealable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
We do not cover the cost of normal returns. We recommend any returns to be sent by Tracked Delivery, as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
