Business Park, Vinnetrow Road, Chichester, West Sussex, United Kingdom, PO20 1QH.
These terms and conditions are a part of sales contract between SUNCATCHERS WEAR LTD and the
customer.
By making purchase on our website you agree to all the terms and conditions.
Orders
Orders can be made in our online store (www.suncatchers.co.uk).
For the order to be completed you have to fill in all sections of the order page with your details
(name, address, email, phone number) and pay for your order via Sage Pay by debit or credit card.
Before completing an order you will have to accept our Terms and Conditions by clicking the “Accept”
button, confirming that you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the
electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result
in a binding contract.
If all goes well, you will then receive confirmation email with the details of your order.
Payment
Payment for your order must be made at the time of purchase via Sage Pay by debit or credit card.
After receiving the full payment for the goods you have ordered we will process and dispatch your
order.
If no payment has been made your order would not be processed and therefore cancelled.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs are on us!
Due to Brexit we were forced to temporarily resign from shipping our products worldwide. For the time being we ship exclusively to UK and NI.
Orders are being sent by Royal Mail Tracked and are insured.
We would process and dispatch your order within 1-3 working days.
Returns and your right to cancel
In the unlikely event of your ordered item being defective you have the right to return it to us and
receive a refund or a replacement.
Refunds and replacements would only be processed in case of a manufacturer fault. We would not
take responsibility for any damages to the ordered good(s) caused by everyday use.
Damages caused to the ordered good(s) during delivery would be approached individually.
Please contact us as soon as possible in case your order is defective or damaged (but not later than
14 days from the date you have received your order).
In this case the cost of sending the good(s) back to us will be refunded to you as well.
In case you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund. In this
case the good(s) you have ordered must be unused and in original condition (as it was received by
you).
You will have to tell us that you do not want your good(s) within 14 days of receiving the order.
We would then have to have the order back with us within 14 days from the date you have
contacted us.
The refund will be processed within 14 working days after we receive the order back. You will
receive an email confirming that we have your returned good(s).
You will have to cover the cost of shipping the good(s) back to us.
